Digital gift cards are issued electronically and may be purchased through our website via Stripe. This policy applies to all digital gift cards sold by Toki Kinship Ceramics.
No Expiration:
Toki Kinship Ceramics gift cards never expire. In accordance with California law, no expiration date will be placed on any gift card balance.
No Fees:
We do not charge purchase fees, service fees, or dormancy fees on gift card balances.
Redemption:
Gift cards may be redeemed for workshops, classes, studio credit, or merchandise offered by Kinship Ceramics. Gift cards can be redeemed in full or partial amounts; any remaining balance stays on the card for future use. Redemption is tracked by the unique gift card code issued at purchase.
Cash Redemption: As required by California law, if a gift card balance falls below $10, the remaining balance may be redeemed for cash upon request.
Non-Refundable: Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Lost or Stolen Codes: Toki Kinship Ceramics is not responsible for gift cards lost due to failure to safeguard the code. Contact us if you believe your code has been compromised, and we will assist where possible.
No Cash Value at Purchase: Gift cards have no cash value until redeemed and cannot be exchanged for cash at the time of purchase.
Delivery: Digital gift cards are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
